The Cities Initiative is proud to recognize OPTERRA Energy Services as its exclusive Energy Services Company partner in the United States. OPTERRA is a leading provider of infrastructure modernization solutions for the public sector. As one of the longest-standing NAESCO-certified providers in the country, they help cities upgrade critical systems, reduce operating costs, and ensure long-term performance, bringing together engineering, funding, and implementation under a single, accountable partner. OPTERRA work with elected community leaders throughout the United States to develop no-cost energy assessments of selected facilities and locations, such as courthouses, parks, ports, street lighting, water and wastewater facilities, and historic buildings, to identify opportunities to help fund and expedite implementation of chosen projects with proven procurement pathways, utilizing local preferred providers.
