Annie Osborne

Annie Osborne represents Veolia North America on the Industry Leaders Circle. Annie is an experienced and driven leader with a career spanning local, state, federal, and international politics and government. She currently serves as Director of State and Local Government Affairs at Veolia North America, where she leverages her expertise in government relations and strategic partnerships to advance the company’s water, waste, and energy business in the United States. Previously, Annie spent nearly four years at the National League of Cities, advancing to Interim Director of Strategic Partnerships, where she led critical initiatives connecting cities with resources and partners nationwide. She holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
