Alicia Arrigoni

Dr. Alicia Arrigoni represents Google on the Industry Leaders Cicle. Alicia joined Google in 2026 as the program manager for the global water and cooling, policy, advocacy, and market development program. She spearheads cross-sectoral engagements to build partnerships and collaborative programs that promote sustainable water use and long-term community watershed health.

Prior to joining Google, Alicia was the lead US intelligence expert on global water security for nearly two decades. Her work included developing a holistic approach to assess water risks affecting communities, economies, the environment, and geopolitics. Over the course of her career, Alicia’s expertise at assessing complex and multifaceted water risks, building diverse partnerships, and holistic solutions has been presented to, and used by numerous world leaders to shape water security decisions and policy.
