Soula is the President of AquaAction, where she leads the organization’s mission to secure Canada’s freshwater future by empowering innovators and entrepreneurs to develop solutions to one of the world’s most pressing challenges. With a career spanning neuroscience, entrepreneurship, and environmental leadership, she is known for tackling complex problems with creativity and impact. A published neuroscientist in Alzheimer’s research, Soula later founded a successful technology and medical education company that was acquired by a U.S.-based multinational. She subsequently led Digital Transformation at LCI, working with major organizations including the Bank of Canada, Canada Post, Google, CN, LinkedIn, and Pfizer.

Today, Soula is a recognized voice in freshwater security.
