Six Sites. One Purpose: Cleaner Great Lakes.
The Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative is delighted to lead the first-ever Great Lakes Coastal Cleanup. This World Rivers Day, on September 28, be part of history by joining our shoreline cleanup happening simultaneously across six Ontario communities and all the province’s Great Lakes:

Together, we’ll roll up our sleeves, protect local waterways, and show our commitment to cleaner healthier Great Lakes for generations to come. Whether you're passionate about the environment, love your local shoreline, or simply want to make a difference—this is your chance.
This project is made possible by the financial contribution of the Government of Ontario’s Great Lakes Local Action Fund.

Let’s come together to celebrate our waters, protect our coasts, and lead the way for a cleaner tomorrow.
